This is an event that I’m teaching a kanzashi making workshop at in Brighton. I taught the same workshop at the launch party and it was super fun meeting everybody, chatting, making kanzashi, seeing everybody’s great creations and sampling the delicious food! I highly recommend booking yourself a ticket!
Enjoy an extra special Mother’s Day treat with Cascade and Metrodeco.
Bring your lovely Mum along on Sunday 18th March from 4.00 – 6.00/6.30pm* and celebrate a unique Mother’s Day with:
A creative workshop – spend a couple of hours making something beautiful to take away
A special Metrodeco Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea – freshly baked scones with jam and cream, speciality tea and a glass of prosecco
We are pleased to be teaming up with Metrodeco once again. This time we are offering a unique experience for daughters (or sons) to enjoy with their Mum. The focus will be on spending time together in the lovely surroundings of this 1930s Parisian-style tea salon which is located in the heart of Kemptown, Brighton.
You’ll arrive and be greeted with a lovely cup of speciality tea as you begin your choice of creative workshop, which will take place in the Metrodeco showroom. The workshop is a chance to spend time with your Mum getting a little bit creative. It will be very relaxed and sociable, and you’ll be guided through the process by an expert tutor. No previous experience required. The purpose is to give you both the chance to make something lovely, with our usual focus on upcycling unwanted and unloved materials. Daughters or sons, you can choose to give what you make to your Mum as a personal, handcrafted and unique gift (or keep it for yourself).
When you’ve finished making, you’ll move upstairs together to enjoy a special Metrodeco Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea, which will include freshly baked scones with jam and cream, and a glass of prosecco (or tea/soft drink if you prefer).
* The event will have a flexible finish time to allow plenty of time for you to relax and enjoy your tea.
